Moda's Embassy Boulevard is a landmark BTR (Build to Rent) development in the heart of Nine Elms, London. With 467 high-spec apartments and over 15,000 sq ft of resident amenities, it’s designed to set a new standard for rental living in the capital.

Before launch, Moda needed a way to bring this premium lifestyle experience to life - visually and emotionally - long before residents moved in. The challenge? Create compelling content that accurately captures the scale, design and feel of the neighbourhood, without a single frame of photography.

Northern Artillery delivered a full suite of high-end 3D visualisation and animation, developed to help Moda communicate the design, features and atmosphere of Embassy Boulevard with clarity and impact.

We modelled detailed interior and exterior environments, showcasing the art-deco-inspired interiors, communal spaces and premium amenities such as the gym, cinema room, co-working lounges, and rooftop gardens. Our animation work was crafted to bring movement and energy to the space, helping prospective residents visualise life at Embassy Boulevard, from working out in the wellness centre to relaxing in the rooftop terraces.

Every frame was designed to support Moda’s marketing, leasing, and brand storytelling - enabling pre-launch engagement, press exposure, and lead generation well ahead of completion.
