Challenge

Following a competitive pitch process, Northern Artillery was appointed to support Packaged Living in creating a compelling name, brand identity and marketing collateral for a new single family housing (SFH) development in Ebbsfleet Garden City. Named Chalkwood, the scheme needed to reflect its balance of nature, connectivity and resident wellbeing, while standing apart from more conventional volume housebuilder marketing.

This wasn’t just about promoting new homes; the project demanded a fresh approach to highlighting the long-term lifestyle benefits of Build to Rent, and doing so before the development achieved practical completion.

Solution

We handled the project end-to-end – from naming and brand strategy to full marketing execution. After naming the scheme Chalkwood, we developed a refined brand identity, complete with guidelines and assets tailored for both digital and physical rollout.
