Recognising the need for a fresh brand look and feel, a more captivating tone-of-voice and an improved quality of marketing collateral for its extensive portfolio of fully-fitted managed office spaces, GPE sought a partner that could understand and deliver its vision, whilst handling all creative production under one roof.

The first step was to implement a strategic messaging approach, ensuring it was communicated effectively across all marketing channels. We then developed a distinctive brand identity that set the stage for the content roll-out, focusing on enhancing the quality of GPE's marketing collateral.

The GPE toolkit includes photorealistic 3D images and dynamic digital brochures that allow potential customers to take virtual tours of available properties, plus out-of-home and social content.

This more immersive brand experience encapsulates the high-quality nature and lifestyle characteristics of its offices and amenity spaces, demonstrating how GPE is a premium choice for firms seeking office accommodation in London.

We have successfully enhanced the quality of GPE’s marketing materials, enabling the organisation to more effectively showcase its fully-fitted managed office spaces but crucially to make the brand stand out in a busy London market. Ultimately, this has been a key driver to business growth.
