CASA by Moda (the family housing arm of Moda Living) is setting a new standard for rental homes across the UK.
By 2025, it will deliver 5,000 much-needed high-quality family homes at accessible prices, all designed around Moda's core principles: best-in-class customer service, pioneering health & wellbeing services and strong ESG credentials.
From a standing start, our challenge was to take this new brand from inception to market, making it tangible and bringing it to life through every touch-point.
We exclusively handle the creative, digital, 3D and film requirements across Moda's ever-expanding portfolio of rental neighbourhoods.
The creative output includes a full range of design collateral – from brochures to hoarding, content for social feeds, brand videos, graphics, websites and CGIs.
Working with Moda has given us a real opportunity to demonstrate our full capabilities as a creative production company, not only in respect of the quality of our output but also regarding our ability to deliver the storytelling around Moda’s BTR and ESG propositions.
