After two decades of growth and award-winning projects, the team recognised the need for a refreshed brand and digital presence that better represented who they had become. They wanted to move away from a traditional developer image and present themselves as a modern, purpose-driven business with strong environmental and community values at its core.

We partnered with Cubex to redefine their brand from the ground up, delivering a full visual identity and website that bring their purpose and personality to life.

The new brand expression captures the balance between commercial success and social impact that sits at the heart of Cubex. The identity uses confident typography, a bold and distinctive colour palette, and contemporary imagery to reflect their progressive mindset and architectural precision.

On the digital side, we designed and built a new website that celebrates the company’s mission, people, and projects in equal measure. The site places storytelling at the forefront, highlighting Cubex’s commitment to creating sustainable, low-carbon communities while making it easy for investors, partners, and residents to explore their developments.
