Challenge

Aurelia London, an established luxury skincare brand, needed to migrate away from Magento while evolving its business into a new chapter as Aurelia Cellular. The brand’s focus shifted from topical probiotic skincare to cellular beauty supplements, designed to support beauty from within.

Alongside the technical migration, the project required a refreshed digital identity to reflect the new positioning and engage a broader audience focused on inner and outer wellbeing. The team also wanted a custom digital experience to guide customers to the right supplement products based on their beauty goals.

Solution

We replatformed Aurelia from Magento to Shopify Plus, creating a faster, mobile-first e-commerce experience designed for scalability and ease of management. The new site was built around a clean, elevated design system that reflects the brand’s refined aesthetic and scientific credibility.

We also supported the digital brand evolution for Aurelia Cellular, translating the refreshed positioning and visual direction into the online experience.

As part of the build, we developed a bespoke product recommendation quiz, helping customers identify the right cellular supplements for their specific beauty needs. The quiz integrates directly with Aurelia’s CRM, capturing data to power personalised email journeys and campaigns.

Alongside this, our 3D and motion team produced a suite of premium product visualisations, used across the website and wider marketing to enhance storytelling and elevate the brand’s luxury feel.
