Challenge

Silver Cross wanted to evolve their digital presence to better reflect the premium nature of the brand and improve how customers explore and shop their product range online. They needed a more flexible, modern e-commerce platform that could support future growth and give internal teams more control over content and campaigns.

Solution

We partnered with Silver Cross to design and develop a new Shopify Plus store that balances heritage with innovation. Working closely with their internal team, we created a modular component system to give them complete flexibility over content without the need for ongoing developer support.

As part of the replatform, we rebuilt and refined the Car Seat Compatibility Checker — ensuring it was seamlessly integrated into the new customer journey and optimised for mobile use. The tool helps customers identify the right product for their vehicle, supporting confident, informed purchases in a category where safety is critical.

The result is a faster, more scalable site that’s easier to manage and delivers a clearer, more seamless shopping experience across all devices.
