Northern Artillery was commissioned by Great Portland Estates to produce a suite of photorealistic 3D visuals and animation to support the marketing of 170 Piccadilly – a contemporary Grade II listed workspace moments from Green Park.

With modern upgrades behind a retained heritage façade, this Mayfair address needed visual content that matched its prestige.

GPE needed to pre-let the building whilst works were still underway. The visual story had to balance classical architecture with the building’s modern, reconfigured interiors – all with enough polish to appeal to premium occupiers.

We crafted a full CGI campaign, including animated flythroughs and high-resolution stills, designed to showcase the building’s elegance, natural light, and modernised layout. Working closely with architects and the GPE team, we translated the floorplans and design vision into cinematic content optimised for digital and print channels.

The final suite enabled early marketing activity and leasing conversations to begin ahead of practical completion – reflecting GPE’s premium standard and attracting interest from discerning occupiers.
