Northern Artillery partnered with Great Portland Estates to create a suite of 3D visuals and animations for 141 Wardour Street – a reimagined workplace in the heart of Soho.
This beautifully restored Art Deco building was once home to Warner Brothers. Our task was to capture its heritage and elevate its future, helping GPE communicate their vision to potential tenants through compelling, high-quality CG content.
GPE needed to market the refurbishment of 141 Wardour Street before the physical space was ready. The aim was to showcase the architectural transformation and unique features while preserving the building’s rich heritage – all without a single shot of real-world footage.
We created a fully animated 3D walkthrough and a set of high-resolution visualisations that brought the building’s potential to life. From the restored façade to the modernised interiors, every detail was modelled and rendered to reflect the final design intent.
The result? A suite of premium marketing assets that helped the leasing team tell a powerful story about space, location, and legacy – all before doors opened.
Deliverables:
– Full 3D visualisation of interior and exterior spaces
– Cinematic animation showcasing key building features
– Marketing-ready stills optimised for web and print use
The visuals played a key role in driving early tenant interest, supporting leasing conversations well ahead of completion.
