Global e-commerce platform for the official ATP Store

Challenge

The ATP required a premium global e-commerce platform that could reflect the scale and stature of the Tour, while remaining flexible enough to support future growth, new product lines, and international markets.

Key challenges included:

  • Creating a brand-led shopping experience suitable for a global sports organisation
  • Supporting a complex retail operation led by Levy Merchandising
  • Delivering a scalable platform capable of evolving alongside the ATP’s long-term retail strategy

Solution

Working closely with Levy Merchandising’s retail, product, and licensing teams, Northern Artillery led the end-to-end digital delivery of the ATP Store.

The platform was designed and built to prioritise clarity, performance, and brand consistency, while providing a robust foundation for ongoing development. Shopify was selected to support global scale, operational efficiency, and long-term flexibility.

The store launches with a comprehensive catalogue of tennis apparel and accessories, including collections from ATP principal partners Lacoste, Dunlop, and Waterdrop, alongside an exclusive ATP-branded fanwear range developed with Levy’s in-house design team.

Result

The ATP Store delivers a fast, scalable, and brand-led commerce experience that supports the ATP’s global retail ambitions and provides fans with a dedicated destination for official merchandise.

Early feedback following launch has been overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the strength of collaboration across all teams involved.
