INKEY is a global skincare brand founded on the belief that knowledge is power. Quite simply, the more you know about your skin, the better you can care for it.

In the last three years, this straight-forward, straight-talking approach has helped the brand grow nearly 600%. Their multi-region website is key to this success. It's one of their primary sales channels. Allowing them to ask customers about their skincare goals and deliver bespoke recipes that help people feel real comfort in their skin.

Given the importance of their online presence, INKEY briefed us to handle all their digital creative development.

Fully flexible content areas

Solution

We fully redesigned and rebuilt the site late 2021. Improving the user experience and increasing conversion through a simpler, more intuitive UI.

  • Rebuild of the INKEY Recipe builder with full integration into several data platforms (Klavyio, Nosto and Shopify Customer metafields) for segmentation and remarketing purposes
  • Created and launched the MyInkey area in late 2021 to Integrate fully into INKEY's CRM
  • Allow customers to Track their progress by uploading photos of their skin to be reviewed by a skincare expert
  • Update their recipe and receive personalised products and knowledge based on their skincare goals and concerns
  • Built on the leading SAAS e-commerce platform, Shopify+
  • Localised sites for different territories

Key to the latest site developments is the Recipe builder. This series of questions is designed to lead people to the products best-suited to their skin and achieving their goals. At the same time, avoiding anything that isn't right for them.
