The menopause market is fast-growing, but the category is plagued by visual clichés. LIVVE wanted to challenge this by launching a new direct-to-consumer business.

Solution

At the outset, creating a brand with real stand-out in its market was vital – in how it looks but also in what it says.

Our subsequent design and development of a Shopify site guided prospective customers to relief from menopause symptoms. The site also includes a pre-consultation tool to capture data before customers carry out an online video consultation with one of LIVVE’s qualified pharmacists.

Completing our work, we developed guidelines and social assets to help bring the new brand to life in a clear and consistent way.

Results

LIVVE launched to market much faster than anticipated thanks to our repository of Shopify sections and modules, permitting a comprehensive website to be built efficiently and highly-effectively. Its pre-consultation feature was built on top of our in-house product quiz tool, populating multiple third-party applications with detailed customer data to help drive personalisation and marketing beyond the customer’s website user experience.
