Federated Hermes sought to introduce Hestia Living, a new residential brand, while staying true to their responsible property investment principles. They needed to forge strong connections between residents and landlords, clearly communicate environmental and community objectives, and emphasise affordability and prime locations, such as SoYo Leeds and Preston Road, Brighton.

By virtually connecting developments like SoYo Leeds and Preston Road, Brighton, to a wider community network, they helped foster tenant engagement and landlord responsiveness while highlighting sustainable living initiatives.

The campaign successfully brought Hestia Living to market, building strong brand recognition tied to Federated Hermes’ sustainability ethos and positioning SoYo Leeds and Preston Road as flagship developments.
