Job Description

We are seeking a mid weight digital project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, managing and delivering digital projects across websites, e-commerce and web applications. You will act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and stay on budget. You’ll have a working knowledge of agile methodologies but will primarily manage projects using a structured waterfall approach. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of digital projects from briefing to delivery.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation including scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Run project planning, stand-ups, and review meetings using Jira.
  • Track progress, manage tasks, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Coordinate with design, development and content teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Support the QA and UAT process, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards before launch.
  • Manage scope changes and project issues proactively, escalating where necessary.
  • Support the smooth handover of completed projects into maintenance or ongoing support.
  • Manage multiple projects at once including new projects, retained projects or change requests.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in digital project management or a similar role.
  • Experience managing website, e-commerce or web application projects.
  • Confident using Jira for project tracking, task management and reporting.
  • Understanding of Agile principles with practical experience running projects in a waterfall structure.
  • Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI workflows and the roles of designers and developers in digital delivery.
  • Experience with both Shopify websites.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across disciplines and time zones.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve and take ownership of tasks.
