Since 2006, Time4Sleep has been helping customers sleep better with beautiful beds, comfy mattresses and stylish furniture – all at great value. Following sustained growth and the addition of a purpose-built warehouse, the business needed a modern ecommerce platform and smarter stock management tools to support its evolving logistics model.

Its previous bespoke platform, originally built by our team, had served the business well for several years. But with growing operational complexity – from multi-channel sales to unique delivery requirements – the system was becoming harder to scale and maintain. Time4Sleep needed a future-ready solution that could balance frontend performance with backend flexibility, all while continuing to deliver a standout customer experience.

Solution

We migrated Time4Sleep to Shopify Plus – transforming its ecommerce infrastructure with a faster, more flexible and intuitive platform. To support their unique logistics operation, we delivered a set of custom integrations that connect Shopify Plus with their warehouse, shipping and marketplace systems.

This included:
– Bespoke Shopify Plus theme and UX to support high-converting product discovery
– Integration with Linnworks to manage multi-channel sales across Amazon, Wayfair, Etsy and more
– Custom shipping rules and courier logic to handle varied product sizes and delivery types
– A reworked Shopify Plus admin experience tailored to the internal team’s workflows
– Klaviyo integration for email automation, abandoned cart recovery and customer review capture
– Klarna implementation for flexible payment options

Time4Sleep now runs on a robust Shopify Plus setup that balances flexibility with performance:
