We are looking for a Digital Project Lead to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing digital projects and leading a team of project managers.

Proficiency in Jira for workflow management is essential.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital project managers, ensuring professional development and effective project delivery.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of key digital projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and business goals.

  • Manage and optimise workflows using Jira, including sprint planning, epics, and reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and costs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and Jira reporting.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital project management.
  • Strong expertise in Jira, including workflow setup and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading project teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Good understanding of web development, UX/UI design, and digital tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track project costs effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desirable (Nice to Have):

  • Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with additional project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
