About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Client Services Team and play a key role in delivering outstanding marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless execution.

Working closely with the Senior Account Manager, you will oversee internal teams, maintain high service standards, and drive client success. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, ensuring they thrive in a down-to-earth, trusted working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, act as the main contact for clients, address concerns, and resolve issues while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Project Coordination – Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution aligned with client goals.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship – Support and supervise junior team members, delegate tasks effectively, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Business Development – Assist with contract negotiations, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and nurture long-term client partnerships. Earn a 5% commission on new business wins.
  • Process & Quality Improvement – Gather client feedback to refine services, ensure brand consistency, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management.
  • Strong strategic planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and overseeing budgets effectively.
