We are seeking a Digital Project Director to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading digital projects and a strong proficiency in Jira to manage workflows effectively.
You will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the digital project lifecycle, from scoping to final delivery.
- Leverage Jira to manage and optimise workflows, including sprints, epics, and reporting.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial constraints are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
- Deliver concise updates on project status, including timelines and costs.
- Ensure quality assurance to maintain high standards in all deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and Jira reporting.
- Align project deliverables with organisational strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Essential
- 7+ years of digital project management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Jira, including setting up workflows and managing reports.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership abilities in diverse, fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of web development, UX/UI design, and digital tools.
- Competence in budget tracking and management.
- Effective problem-solving skills for addressing project challenges.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
- Experience with additional project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
